Overall I would not stay here again unless in a pinch. The price,location and staff are great. It's near the metro and bus lines. The cleanliness and maintenance are pretty poor. Beds were clean, rest of the room had mold, lots of dust, and rotten food in the fridge. So housekeeping is among the worst I've encountered. I had hot shower water after running it for about 5 minutes. I guess it's an old style plumbing.

We had a lovely stay here! We booked very last minute, and arrived at the hotel early expecting a wait. However, we were able to check in to our room very fast! Aurora was amazing, so sweet and friendly and answered all of our questions with a smile! The location is perfect, for great value and the room is equipped with everything you need: Would definitely recommend and stay again. :)

I found myself unable to take a shower whenever I pleased due to a lack of hot water. This issue persisted for two consecutive nights, and after calling the reception, I was informed that there was a problem with the pipes, and hot water would not be available until the following morning. Frankly, I find this level of service completely unacceptable. What concerns me even more is that I remember reading a similar complaint from another guest in the past. This leads me to believe that these issues are not isolated incidents but rather ongoing problems at this property. Therefore, I strongly advise potential guests to weigh their options carefully before booking here.
